Bab fi Hukm Man Aza an-Nabi
Ruling on One Who Harms the Prophet ﷺ
burqa, dupatta etc. Wrapped, wrapped up. Translation:- It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (May Allah be pleased with her), she says, "When I used to enter my hujra (where the Prophet ﷺ and Siddiq-e-Akbar were resting), I used to take off my extra clothes and put them away, and I used to say this, that he is my husband, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he is my father (Abu Bakr). So when Umar (RA) was buried there, by the oath of God, I never entered without wrapping my clothes around myself, out of hijab (modesty) from Umar." (Ahmad has recorded this hadith in his Musnad and it is also in Mishkat)
Friends! What is proven from this hadith. Sayyida Aisha used to remain dressed only in ordinary clothes in her hujra as long as the Holy Prophet ﷺ was buried there. Meaning she would take off her dupatta, sheet, burqa etc. And after the Prophet ﷺ, when Sayyidina Siddiq-e-Akbar was buried, even then you remained like that. But when Hazrat Umar (RA) was buried, you did not stay in your room without wrapping a sheet, burqa etc. around yourself. Meaning a woman has no hijab from her husband and father, so Sayyida considered ordinary clothes sufficient. But after the burial of Hazrat Umar (RA), she considered it necessary to cover herself and wrap herself. Were all three occupants of the graves alive? Hijab from the dead, and why hijab? A believer is alive, whether dead or alive, in both states, his original condition remains exactly as it was. However, outwardly, the state changes.
They cause harm, they give trouble. لَعَنَهُمُ اللّٰهُ: Allah curses them. أَعَدَّ: Prepared. A severely humiliating one. *Translation: Allah the Most High says: "Indeed, those who abuse Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment."*

Vocabulary:- أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ: A person was brought. Abused. Translation:- It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (May Allah be pleased with them both), he says that a person was brought to Hazrat Umar bin al-Khattab (RA) who had abused the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So Hazrat Umar executed him. Then he said, whoever abuses the Messenger of Allah ﷺ or any of the Prophets, kill him. (Abul Hasan bin Zamla al-Isfahani has recorded this hadith in his "Amali". Its chain is authentic and this hadith is also in Kanz al-'Ummal) Remark:- There was a treaty between Muslims and the People of the Book not to abuse each other's elders. That person was killed for violating the treaty. This is the civil law, always be alert to this. Friends! What does this hadith convey? Abusing someone is a bad thing. The greater a person is, the worse abusing him will be. The Prophets are the greatest among all people, therefore abusing them is a very great sin. If a Muslim has abused, then he has become an apostate and has created fitna (trial/tribulation) in Islam. "وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ" *(And fitna is worse than killing)*. Whoever creates fitna, kill him and throw him away. If a non-Muslim covenanter (mu'ahid) gives abuse, then his abusing is a violation of the treaty. Now he does not remain a "mu'ahid". His protection is no longer our responsibility. Therefore, his punishment is also execution. This is also a cause of fitna.
Friends! During the era of Hazrat Farooq-e-Azam, children were playing ball (football). That ball hit a Jew and the Jew took it. The small Muslim children said, give us our ball for the sake of Muhammad the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Jew said, who is this person? And he abused the Hazrat. The children stoned him to death. The information of this reached Hazrat Farooq-e-Azam. The day this news reached, on that very same day, the news of the conquest of "Bahrain" was also received. Hazrat Farooq-e-Azam was so happy that he used to say "I cannot distinguish whether the happiness of the conquest of Bahrain is greater or the happiness of the passion for faith, love for the Prophet, of children."
From the tribe of "Khatma". فَبَلَغَ ذَالِكَ: So this matter reached. This matter passed heavily upon him. Who will take her on for me? تَمَّارَةً: A date seller. So she showed him dates. I want, it is my intention. أَجْوَدَ: Better. خَلْفَهَا: Behind her (the woman).
